Steph Curry sets a record after the worst game of his life.

Seems like yesterday Steph Curry couldn’t hit a single 3 point shot. Things looked pretty bad when his 157 game streak of three point shots came to an end against the Lakers a couple days ago.  I had to skip my daily slot games to drive Oracle from San Jose last night – it was a brutal 5:00 p.m. commute to catch the 7:30 weekday games. Golden State bounced back from their loss to LA by taking it to the Pelicans. One game after failing to hit a three-pointer in 157 regular season games, Steph Curry unleashed the rain on NOLA and scored a record 13 3-pointers breaking his old record of 12. He was 13 for 17 from three point range and scored 46 points to lead the Warriors to a 116-106 win. Hard to believe that only one game ago he was 0 for 10. Now that’s what I call a bounce back.

I think fishing is like that. One day you can go fishless and the next, you can have a record day. Stay in your groove and do the same things that worked at one time till it happens again no matter what. Like Steph Curry sais, “”I was hard on myself in practice the last two days. I had pretty good shooting sessions,” he said. “I don’t overreact to games like that whether I go 0-for-10 or 2-for-12 or whatever it is. My process is the same, but I had another level of focus the last two days trying to get my rhythm back and see the ball go in.” And thats is how Im going to fish this weekend.
