On our way up to Pronghorn Resevoir in Oregon, we had the opportunity to fish for half a day with Wayne Syn of Orland Outfitters, on the Sacramento River. My cousin Kenneth Tan landed a 20 lbr on a sardine|crawdad wrapped flatfish. The river is showing signs of its former glory having been closed for the last three years.
